1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vantoj (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vantoj provides a social-media management and AI content-generation platform for businesses. Features include brand voice training, AI-powered content generation, multi-platform scheduling and publishing, analytics, and related tools.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to interact with the Service in ways that violate these Terms or platform partners’ terms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Vantoj a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Vantoj retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, designs, trademarks, and branding.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds except where required by law.

We may change pricing with notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. Vantoj is not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third parties.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantoj shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
